How long will my order take to ship? 
We ship your order within 30 business days after a preorder window closes. 

Returns and exchange policy; We do not offer refunds or exchanges after your order is received unless a product is broken, defective or otherwise unusable. If you wish to cancel an order or change an existing order, please email us Meaganethereal@gmail.com

Do you offer combined shipping on multiple orders? No, we do not offer combined shipping on multiple orders. 

Can I edit my order once it's been placed? We cannot edit items on your order once it's been placed. If you'd like to cancel your order to make any adjustments, please email us by replying to your order confirmation. 

Will you be able to change my address after my order is placed? Addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed with the exception of small corrections like an incorrect apartment number or zip code. If you need assistance, please email us by replying to your order confirmation email as soon as possible.
